Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage
Effective the first day of the month following thirty days of employment. For full-time staff members, New Hope Housing will pay the full individual premium for HMO coverage for Medical, Traditional Dental and Vision coverage. Part-time staff members’ premiums will be pro-rated. Staff members who wish to include family dependents will pay the additional premiums but on a tax free basis.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Employees can make before-tax contributions to two different Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs): the Health Care FSA and the Dependent Day Care FSA. FSAs allow individuals to use pre-tax money to pay certain health care and dependent day care expenses.
Voluntary Benefits Options
Optional Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability and Accidental Death/Dismemberment (AD&D) benefits are available to viagra online full time employees on a voluntary basis. Premiums are employee paid.
After completion of the orientation period, staff begin earning paid medical leave; medical leave is earned at the rate of 80 hours per year.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Balancing the demands of life and work can be challenging. All employees are eligible to use our EAP services. Services include short term counseling for personal or work related issues and specialized resources such as financial and legal referrals.
