Ronnie is a retired Army Colonel with over 30 years of leadership experience with 10 years of executive-level experience. His leadership background includes operational and strategic management within a variety of organizations. He has proven expertise in organizational development; new program development & implementation; large-scale team building, training & coaching and public speaking. He is a graduate of Norfolk State University and the U.S. Army War College. Ronnie and his wife Tarita reside in Dumfries, they have three children and three grandchildren.

Ilona Birenbaum is a leadership and organizational consultant/leadership coach with over 25 years of experience and a diverse organizational development background. She is an adjunct professor and coach with American University’s School of Public Affairs’ Key Executive Leadership Program. Her specialties include leadership coaching, facilitation, change management, leadership assessment and development, action learning, performance management, training, strategic planning, and conflict resolution.

Jim is a Managing Director at Clearsight Advisors. Jim has over 15 years of experience in leadership roles at various investment banking, private equity and operating enterprises throughout his career. Most recently he was a senior member of the investment banking team at Outcome Capital. Jim has been involved in many M&A and capital raising transactions in his career with a variety of key strategic acquirers and private equity investors. Jim originally hails from upstate New York, where he spent the long dark winters cultivating his love of baseball, history, and fond dreams of moving southward. He and his lovely wife are happily married with four children, who keep him looking old but feeling young. Jim has an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
